Swindlers are put on the same footing as financial terrorists by Russian financial intelligence.
The Eurasian Group on Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (EAG) had a meeting in Moscow yesterday.
For the first time it was unambiguously announced that Russia will at last implement in its territory the requirements of Warsaw Convention of the European Council, which by the strictness of measures did not suit Russia sheltering all forms of economic crimes and developing favorable conditions for their perfection.
