The Central Bank of Russia revoked a banking license from Rink-Bank JSB OJSC, the External and Public Relations Department of the Central Bank of Russia says.
The license was revoked in view of the fact Rink-Bank had failed to observe Federal Laws and the CB banking standards and had repeatedly broken the law "On Money Laundering Abatement and Counter Terrorist Financing Act". In addition, it had provided the regulator with inadequate information and failed to send information to Rosfinmonitoring in time.
Powers of the executive bodies of Rink Bank are currently suspended.
Rink-Bank was founded in 1994. Its authorized capital totals RUB 15 mln, its capital base is some RUB 40 mln.
